Terms and refunds

These terms cover everything sold on firstclient.ai: the First Client Kit, the Assessment Engine, the Confidence Engine, and anything added to the library later.

Refunds: the 60-day money-back guarantee

Every order has its own 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of that order. If what you bought in an order isn't worth it to you, email within 60 days of that order and get a full refund of it. No forms, no hoops.

What counts as one order. Everything paid for in a single checkout is one order. The First Client Kit, together with the Engine added at checkout if you add one, is one order. Every add-on bought after that is its own order, including one-click add-ons right after checkout and purchases inside the members area.

Each order's 60 days are separate. They don't combine and they don't carry over:

A later order doesn't extend the 60 days of an earlier one.
An earlier order's 60 days don't apply to a later one. Each later order starts its own 60 days on the day it's placed.

An example.

Day	What happens	Refund window
Day 0	You buy the First Client Kit.	The kit can be refunded until day 60.
Day 14	You add the Confidence Engine in the members area.	The Confidence Engine can be refunded until day 74.
Day 65	You ask for refunds.	The Confidence Engine can still be refunded. The kit's 60 days ended on day 60.

What a refund covers. A refund returns the full amount of the order it belongs to. Access to everything in that order ends when it's refunded. Your other orders aren't affected.

How to ask. Email refunds@help.firstclient.ai from the address you bought with, within 60 days of the order. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
